About

Hey, I’m Dan Seo, a creative designer and artist with a Fine Arts background and a deep interest in how people connect and communicate

I’ve always lived between a few worlds — Korean and American culture, art, and design, expression, and communication — and that mix shaped how I see things. I started in painting, performance, and installation, using art to explore identity and the feeling of wanting to speak but not always having the right language for it.

Growing up between languages and dealing with dyslexia pushed me toward visual thinking. Images, sound, movement, and design became the places where I could communicate clearly. That carries into my work today, whether I’m designing a logo, shooting product photos, editing a video, or creating digital content. I like making things that feel honest and intentional.

I’ve worked across a wide range of creative fields — design, photography, video production, branding, live media, e-commerce, and art handling. It might look random, but for me, it’s all connected. Each job taught me something about clarity, storytelling, and how people understand each other.

My Fine Arts side pushes me to look for meaning.
My Design side helps me build something real from it.
Together, they’re how I work: hands-on, detail-focused, and always trying to make something that truly connects.

I’m still growing, still learning new tools, and still finding my voice, but every project brings me closer to understanding myself and the world around me.
