Understanding the Target Audience
As a player in this specific local business, I thought it will be fun to try to help their business grow as a business. Airsoft is a very small community and it’s fun to see new people come and try it out. Players from the new and old like to come down here and just have a great time. So

Research
Competitive Analysis
The Airsoft Arena website
Here's the current situation of the Airsoft Arenas website. I was able to talk with the manager that the field. They were able to tell me some of the problems that there having with the website.
Miss label information.
Can not find wavier forms
The website was made with just code so they can not go back and change it themself
These are some of the trouble they have with this website, as a designer myself this website is giving me 2000 website videos so personally wanted to get it updated to the current times.
Surveys
I did a survey within the airsoft community asking them questions
How do they hear about this
Which field do you play the most
These are some of the results that I have result they are within the charts in the next sections
How Do You Hear About This
Here is some information that I have learned
Most players play outdoors because its closer
Word of mouth or friends how they got started
They would love to play indoor places but are too far
They try to go to different locations to see the experience there
Here is a small bar graphic asking the community which they prefer the style of the field know that the airsoft arena is indoor was wondering why a lot of people prefer outdoors
Which field do you play more often

Competitive Analysis results
I was wondering how these communities find fields around their arena and where to play Here is the main point on the different fields around the arena that I have found as competitors to the arena
All websites look like they were made in 2000
there is too much information everywhere
It is tough to read the text in the background images
the color schemes are complicated to see
Research Findings
What I have found out about doing the surveys, competitive analysis, and online research
Most first-time players are invited by a friend or they have found the information on the internet
People are willing to travel to different fields and try a different experience
Most of the fields around the area are outdoors
People are here to have fun
Define
Persona
When doing my research I learned that there were two styles of people. Within the survey data, I thought it would be great to showcase both types, ones who have been playing for a long time and others who are just starting this way you get a sense of what both persona need within the website.

Things I Have Learned
What I have learned throughout this process is people enjoyed the new website. But they get faster answers on social media such as Facebook Instagram and YouTube.
I would say that this website has more information than you can’t find on social media.
Does help styes everything together throughout all multiple platforms they are using
